Substance abuse in the workplace has a devastating effect on American businesses. In today’s current economy, employers are no longer able to shoulder financial burdens in the areas of rising health care costs, lost productivity, accidents and theft.
Greenbriar Treatment Center will present the most effective ways to ensure a fit workforce by providing training designed specifically for administrators, HR personnel, safety directors and supervisors. In addition, Greenbriar offers a general presentation on addiction for all employees.

· One complimentary supervisory training – 1.5 hours in length (additional trainings $150.00 each)

· Basic addiction presentation for all employees

· What the term “functional alcoholic/addict” really means
· Addictive behavior manifesting in job performance, priorities and productivity
· Safety factors and company liability
· The importance of documentation from onset of problems
· Why apprehension occurs when confronting the troubled employee

Vanessa Sebetich has been working at Greenbriar Treatment Center since 1999 as a clinical evaluator and trainer.
